Shipping Policy:
We ship via FedEx Ground and charge you as close as we can figure to what they will charge us. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available, but it is so expensive few use it.
You will see the shipping charges in the shopping cart before you place your order.
Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico and other US Territories: will will ship via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. 1 gallon costs $14.95, 2 gallons $17.95. This amount will not appear in the shopping cart, we will adjust the charges when we bill the order.
Orders placed before 11:00 AM central time are shipped the same day - with rare exceptions for out of stock materials. Orders placed after 11:00 will ship the next business day
Returns Policy:
Any product may be returned for any reason within 30 days for full credit. Customer must pay shipping to return the item(s).
Any product determined to be defective may be returned within 1 year of purchase. Customer must contact us prior to return.

Orders placed by noon Central Time ship that afternoon. Orders placed after noon Central Time ship the next day. Orders placed over the weekend ship out Monday. We do ship outside the continental United States. After you submit your order, we will research the best shipping method, and will email you the potential shipping charges, with any options available.

We never give your personal info to any other company. We do not sell or
trade your phone number, address or email address, ever. We do not bombard
you with email newsletters. Our email newsletter roughly corresponds with
the changing of the seasons and holidays.
Our commitment to the environment

high standards of environmental responsibility. Our catalogue is printed
on 100% recycled, 100% post-consumer, chlorine free paper. We use only recycled
paper, and all our plastic is recyclable. Our packing peanuts are made from
cornstarch and 100% biodegradable. We support renewable energy by purchasing
green tags from Community Energy to compensate for our local energy provider.
Our commitment to giving back
We donate 10% of our sales the Snow Leopard Warming Lotion, Sun Leopard Deep
Healing Gel, and Liquid Leopard Analgesic Spray to The Snow Leopard Trust,
an organization dedicated to saving the endangered snow leopard through
education, scientific research and support of local people. A portion of
all our credit card sales also is donated to our local Chicago division
of Audubon, who's mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems,
focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats for the benefit of
humanity and the earth's biological diversity.
